How to request a quote
Pick up the phone or submit the form on this page with your job details. Tell us what you need: a standard porta potty rental, a roll-off dumpster, septic pumping, or any mix of our services. We'll ask how many units, how long you need them, and where in Baton Rouge the job sits. If you're working at a construction site, we'll talk about OSHA toilet requirements and whether you need ADA accessible units. One of our team will call or email within hours.
Pricing depends on unit type, rental length and delivery distance. A standard porta potty rents daily, weekly or monthly. Deluxe flushable units cost more but they're quieter and feel nicer. Restroom trailers handle bigger jobs and work for weddings, festivals and corporate events. We also rent portable sinks where hand-washing is required, storage containers for tools and materials, and temporary fencing to secure your site.
Why quotes take minutes, not days
We've rented equipment across Baton Rouge for years, so we know the city's layout, access points and delivery challenges. When you call, we already understand typical site constraints: narrow alleys in Old Town, street parking rules near the waterfront, and how far a truck can back up. Per OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), a construction site with 20 workers or fewer needs one toilet facility. If you're at 40 workers, you'll need one toilet seat and one urinal. We size your needs against that standard in the first conversation.
Most jobs quote within our measured price bands. A dumpster rental runs weekly at around $600. A standard toilet rental costs roughly $150 a day or $200 a week. Septic pumping for a residential tank typically runs $200 to $300. If your job is unusual, a film shoot, a multi-week renovation, or a cluster of portable facilities, we'll send a site photo or walk through details by phone to nail the price.

What happens after you submit
We'll confirm your location, rental dates and unit count. If you're in Baton Rouge or nearby towns like Oak Hills Place (5.4 miles north), Westminster (3.5 miles south), or Merrydale (4.4 miles northwest), delivery is straightforward. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. Once everything's locked down, you'll get a rate and a contract. Most customers pay a deposit to secure their dates, then the balance on or before delivery.
If you have questions about how many toilets you need, what cannot go in a dumpster, or how often to pump a septic tank, ask during the quote call. We'll walk you through it. Need something fast? Call for an emergency porta potty or emergency septic service, we often dispatch same day.
How fast will I get a quote?
Same day in most cases. Call during business hours and you'll talk to someone who can price your job on the spot. Email submissions usually get a callback within a few hours. If your event is this weekend, tell us right away and we'll prioritize the call.
What if my job is really short, like one day?
We rent daily. Daily rates are higher than weekly or monthly because we're turning the unit over quickly. A single day makes sense for small events, emergency repairs or one-off jobs. Weekend rentals are available too.
Do you service nearby towns?
Yes. We serve Baton Rouge and the surrounding area within about 8 miles. Inniswold (4.6 miles southwest), Gardere (5.4 miles southeast), Central (5.9 miles west), Baker (7.3 miles southeast) and Zachary (8.4 miles south) are all within our regular delivery range. Call with your location and we'll confirm.
Can you deliver to a narrow alley or tight spot?
Maybe. A roll-off truck needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind it to set down a dumpster. Portable toilets are smaller, roughly 44 by 48 inches on the ground, so they fit tighter spaces. Tell us your site layout and we'll let you know if it works.
What if I need to change my dates later?
Call us. If we have availability, we'll move your rental to new dates. If the original dates are sold out and you can't find an opening, we'll work with you on options. Always confirm changes in writing before the rental starts.
